Picture Framing Tapes

FRAMETAC features a non-yellowing, pH neutral adhesive. Used for mounting and hinging photographs and artwork, sealing inlay mats, reinforcing v-grooves and corners of larger mats for stability.  Frametac is reversible with heat and available clear or white. 

FABTAC is a high tack double sided tape with a pH neutral adhesive.  FABTAC is ideal for mounting delicate fabric and needlework to art board.  Used in place of staples, pins or glue. Virtually invisible through the finest fabrics.

T002-Acid-Free ATG Tape -

T002 is a 1.6 mil ATG tape with a pH neutral acrylic adhesive, which is ideal for use in the picture framing industry. Glass fibers in the adhesive provide dimensional stability. Good initial tack and long term bonding power. Excellent resistance to UV exposure.

TH350 ATG Tape -

TH350 is our general purpose 2 mil ATG tape. Use for double matting, attaching dust covers and the mounting of posters and other inexpensive artwork.

TH2040RW Super High-Tack ATG Tape -

3M926-ATG Tape - High Temperature -

3M926 is ideal for applications requiring high bond strength, shear strength, temperature performance and solvent resistance. Works well for bonding foams, folders, boxes, awards and nameplates.

3M969-ATG Tape -

3M969 is ideal for bonding to textured surfaces and materials with glossy coatings.  Used for assembling folders and boxes or attaching fabric swatches.

TH253-Transfer Tape -

TH253 is a hand applied adhesive which provides excellent adhesion to paper, lightweight nameplates, pocket folders, dust covers and mat board. 

TH255-Transfer Tape -

TH255 is a thicker hand applied adhesive which is ideal for bonding to nameplates, plastics, mat boards and urethane foams.

TH263-Transfer Tape -

TH263 Transfer Tape is a thin hand applied adhesive for double matting and attaching backing paper.

JH912 Artist Tape has an aggressive, pH neutral adhesive with a smooth (not crepe), white backing for flapping silhouetting and edging foam board. Printable with paints, inks and markers.

539 is a great frame shop utility tape.  This brown paper tape has good quick stick and lays flat.  Used for sealing dust covers to prevent debris from entering the framed artwork.

3M928 is a high-tack/low-tack double coated tape with many repositionable, re-usable, or re-closable uses. Excellent balance of peel and shear adhesion. Adhesive will not discolor during long-term bonding. No residue. No delaminating from most paper stocks. Applications include: core start up, tabbing, pop displays, bag and envelope closure. 3M 928 is identical to 3M9416 for the hand-held ATG applicator.

3M9425 has a medium tack adhesive on the back side (exterior) and a high tack adhesive on the (interior) of the roll. The medium tack allows for removal from many foils and films without adhesive residue. Primarily used for many repositionable, re-usable, or re-closable applications such as: core start up, tabbing, pop displays, gasketing, bag and envelope closure.

474 is a polyester film with a “wide” range differential adhesive system.  Liner side is medium tack which exhibits removable/repositionable adhesion qualities to a variety of surfaces such as polyethylene bags, non-woven envelopes and pouches. Exposed side is high-tack which will form long-term bond immediately upon contact to a variety of non-porous surfaces. 474 is not designed for optimum removability from paper. Available with extended (dry edge) liner for ease of application. Standard Pancake rolls or Spools available upon request.

This 1/32” thin foam tape features a high tack acrylic adhesive for lining frame rabbets. Protects framed artwork by providing a cushion. Seals the glass in frames, preventing dust and debris from entering the framed work. Holds the glass firmly in a picture frame.

Clear bump-on pads prevent nicks, scratches, and scuffs on the bottom of household items. Protects walls, glass, acrylics, cutting boards, and picture frames.

This non-yellowing double sided tape is used with polyester film for encapsulating documents.  Also used to attach wooden fillets to the beveled edges of mat windows.  The thin carrier blocks acid from penetrating from the wooden fillet to the art.

Felt Disks -

Felt Disks are die cut adhesive coated felt pads that are primarily used to prevent surface abrasion caused by trophies, awards, plaques, desk sets, and picture frames.

Novus-1:  Cleans all plastics without scratching, resists fogging and finger marks.  Repels dust and eliminates static, offering a greaseless shine.

Novus-2:  Removes fine scratches, haziness and abrasions from most plastics.  Restores faded and discolored plastics.

Novus-3:  Removes heavy scratches and abrasions from most acrylics.  Restores acrylics when severely damaged.  Not recommended on coated plastics. 

Novus-Wipes:  Used to apply Novus 1-2-3.  Low lint, highly absorbent, abrasion resistant and superior durability.
