JM887 is a 2Mil Green Polyester Film tape with 1.5mils of silicone psa.  Ideal for curing temperatures up to 400F for 20minutes.  Excellent heat & solvent resistance.  Minimal shrinkage after baking and clean removal.  Applications include:  Powder Coating, E-Coating, Anodizing & Plating. 

JM51 – Fiberglass Cloth Tape & Disks - 500F -

JM51 is a 5Mil Fiberglass Cloth tape with 2mils of silicone psa.  Ideal for curing temperatures up to 500F continuous.  Excellent abrasion resistance, flame retardant and high tensile strength.   Applications Include:  Powder Coating, Grit Blasting, Ceramic Coating, Plasma & Flame Spray Coating. 

P32 – Vinyl Plating Tape & Disks - 176 F 1hour -

P32 is a 5Mil PVC Film tape with 1.5mils of rubber adhesive.  P32 provides a very effective vapor and moisture barrier.  Highly conformable and resistant to sun, water, fungus, bacteria, oil, acids, alkalies and corrosive chemicals .  Good abrasion, impact and rupture resistance.  Applications include: Color Coding, Aisle Marking, Harness & pipe wrapping: Duct & Joint Sealing:  Masking for hard chrome plating & anodizing.

3M470-Vinyl Tape -

3M470 is a conformable and abrasion resistant vinyl tape with excellent resistance to most chemicals used in typical electroplating processes. 3M470 can be qualified to meet the government spec. HH-T-0025 (GSA-FSS). Prolonged exposure to elevated temperatures (above 170°F) and hot caustics may cause weakening of the adhesive bond. 3M470 resists most common solvents, care should be taken to avoid ketones, chlorinated hydrocarbons, and esters, found in lacquer thinners, degreasers, paint strippers, etc., which may cause the backing to swell or curl.  Applications include: Color Coding, Aisle Marking, Harness & pipe wrapping: Duct & Joint Sealing:  Masking for hard chrome plating & anodizing.

JH1213 is a 3Mil self-wound, dead-soft aluminum foil with an aggressive acrylic adhesive system to create a superior bond.  Conforms well to irregular surfaces.  Excellent chemical and moisture resistance. Ideal for electroplating, powder coating and paint stripping applications.

JH1245 – Lead Foil Tape & Disks -

JH1245 is a 5Mil pure lead foil coated with a compounded, synthetic rubber adhesive system.   JH1245 exhibits excellent adhesion to a wide variety of surfaces including metal, glass, films, foils, and papers.  Highly malleable and can conform to the most intricate patterns.   Ideal use for stop off masking during electroplating.
