JM511 Kapton/Polyimide Tape & Disks - -

JM511 is a 1mil Kapton/Polyimide tape with a high temperature silicone adhesive.  The thin film backing is conformable for use on non-uniform surfaces.  JM511 has superior chemical resistance, high dielectric strength and excellent dimensional stability.  JM511 is often used for gold finger protection during wave soldering, wrapping during electrical insulation and masking during powder coating applications.  Available in 1mil, 2mil and 5mil thickness’. 

JM502 Double-Sided Kapton/Polyimide Tape -

JM502 is a 1mil, double sided Kapton/Polyimide tape with a high temperature silicone adhesive.  Used in a broad range of electronic assembly and high voltage insulating applications.  JM502 has excellent mechanical and electrical properties, plus superior dielectric strength.  Adhesive offers high temperature resistance and low moisture absorbtion.

JM511ESD ESD Tape -

JM511ESD Kapton/Polyimide tape has excellent electrostatic discharge properties.  The ESD additive reduces the electrostatic discharge that occurs upon tape removal.  JM511ESD can safely and cleanly be removed from printed circuit boards.  The proprietary adhesive system provides high electrostatic dissipation without sacrificing adhesive strength at extreme temperatures.  JM511ESD offers excellent mechanical and electrical properties.
