Silicone Sponge Rubber is used to produce gaskets, thermal shields, vibration mounts, seals, press pads and cushions for a variety of applications. Product is supplied in square yard sheet and continuous roll form. Compressible and Flexible. Available in eight constructions: Soft - , Medium - & Firm density - , Flame Retardent - , Fabric Reinforced - , Electrically Conductive, Thermally Conductive - , and Fluorosilicone (Fuel/Oil resistant) - . Custom order pressure-sensitive silicone or acrylic adhesive.

Strip-N-Stick™

Strip-N-Stick™ silicone rubber tapes outperform all other elastomer tapes in service life, weatherability, compression set resistance and electrical resistivity. 

These pressure-sensitive tapes are available in a variety of widths and thicknesses for use in gasketing, cushioning, thermal insulation and vibration dampening applications.  Other uses include noise reduction, clamping of hot parts and electrolysis reduction between dissimilar metals.

• - 100S - Closed cell silicone sponge rubber with a high temperature silicone adhesive.
• - 200A - Closed cell silicone sponge rubber with an aggressive acrylic adhesive.
• - 300AR - Reinforced silicone sponge rubber with an aggressive acrylic adhesive.  It’s unique
• Construction provides the compressibility of sponge and the dimensional stability of fiberglass
• Reinforcement.  Stretch is eliminated, which contributes to the consistent size and shape of cut parts and inhibits outward extrusion under high pressure.  It further permits close tolerance slitting.
• - 400S - combines a 30durometer solid silicone rubber with a high temperature silicone adhesive.
• - 440A - combines a 30durometer solid silicone rubber with an aggressive acrylic adhesive.  It provides for high elongation and good conformability, and is an excellent gasketing material.
• - 512AF - uses F-12 fireblocking foam along with a film-supported acrylic adhesive.
