Teflon Belting

Anti-Static belts are specially formulated to dissipate surface static build-up during operation. These belts are black in color, are manufactured from woven fiberglass substrates, have an optimum PTFE (Fluon®) content and a proprietary additive. The Anti-Static Belts have the highest thermal conductivity (best heat transfer) of any of the products and is best used in applications where surface static dissipation is desired such as, garment fusing and fabric lamination applications.

The High Performance Series is specifically engineered to maximize conveyor belt life, while minimizing down time in the most demanding belting environments. These fabrics are manufactured from PTFE coated woven fiberglass substrates, utilizing Innotec’s in line laminating process. These belts provide an extremely smooth, non-stick surface, excellent release and resistivity from oils, grease and chemicals. Our proprietary coating formulation was developed to prevent wicking of oils and greases into the belt fabrics, while providing our most durable substrate. The Industrial Series is Innotec’s most extensive and most popular belting series, serving the widest range of industrial applications. These belts are manufactured from woven fiberglass substrates, possess an optimal PTFE (Fluon®) content, and leave a minimal fabric impression. As the workhorse of Innotec’s belting line, Industrial Belting provides the highest value to customers by offering an excellent balance between heat transfer, release, and flexibility.

Premium Kevlar® belts are manufactured from woven Kevlar® substrates that have been coated with PTFE (Fluon®). These products have dramatically higher tensile and tear strengths for heavy duty belting applications and are more resistant to steam than fiberglass. Premium Kevlar® belts leave minimal fabric impressions. They offer flexibility and conformity in high-speed applications, which require excellent strength to weight ratio. Premium Kevlar® belts are an excellent choice in the most demanding environments where extreme strength, high loading, resistant to steam and long wear life is required.

The Mesh Belts are essential to a wide range of drying and curing applications throughout the world. In fact, their superior performance has resulted in Innotec becoming the largest supplier of PTFE (Fluon®) coated mesh belts to the US screen print industry. Mesh Belts are manufactured from proprietary woven substrates that have been heavily coated with PTFE (Fluon®). The resulting products are significantly stronger, more wear resistant, and have better airflow for faster curing and drying. Innotecs’ UV Resistant Mesh Fabrics have all the same but with the added benefit of UV protection. Innotec’s Mesh Fabrics are unsurpassed in their surface, strength, and airflow characteristics and thus provide the ultimate performance for textile and screen print drying and finishing.

Kevlar® Mesh belts are manufactured from woven Kevlar® substrates that have been coated with PTFE. The Kevlar® Mesh series is an excellent choice for heavy-duty applications or in drying applications where there is steam or moisture. Kevlar® Mesh belts are dramatically higher in tensile and tear strengths. These belts are manufactured from proprietary woven Kevlar® with openings that range from 1/16”to 1/4.”

The Porous Belts are specially formulated to be "breathable," while at the same time, maintaining their unique non-stick properties. These belts are manufactured from woven fiberglass substrates that have been lightly coated with PTFE (Fluon®). The Porous Belts possess controlled porosities that allow products to cure and outgas through the fabric. These unique properties make these belts ideal for a wide variety of applications from the manufacture of sponge and foams to the manufacture of wood laminates.

The Premium Series is specially engineered to meet the most demanding belting applications. Its extremely smooth, non-stick surface provides the best release, highest dielectric strength, and greatest chemical resistance of any Innotec PTFE coated fabric line. These fabrics are manufactured from woven fiberglass substrates, have the highest PTFE (Fluon®) content, and leave little-to-no fabric impressions. Premium Fabrics are excellent for use in the most challenging applications, such as the processing of sticky or gummy materials, or certain process applications requiring an extremely smooth surface.

The Tear Resistant belts are specially processed to increase their overall flexibility and tear resistance, thus making them the strongest, most durable line of PTFE coated fiberglass belting. These fabrics are manufactured from woven fiberglass substrates, leave a minimal fabric impression, possess an optimal PTFE (Fluon®) content, and have a proprietary additive for flexibility. Tear Resistant Belting has excellent flexibility and is ideal for use in small pulley and high-speed packaging applications.
