Tapes
Industrial Teflon Coated Fabric Tape - |
The Industrial Tapes utilize Industrial Fabrics but have the added benefit of an adhesive on one side. These tapes are manufactured from woven fiberglass substrates, possess an optimal PTFE (Fluon®) content, leave a minimal fabric impression, and have a proprietary silicone or acrylic adhesive system. Because of the glass reinforcement, this series of tape is resistant to cold-flow, a characteristic inherent in pure unsupported PTFE films, these tapes are an excellent choice when cut-through, load carrying, or harsh industrial environments require the unique surface characteristics of PTFE. As Innotec’s most popular and versatile tape series, Industrial Tapes provide the highest value to customers by offering an excellent balance of heat transfer, release, and flexibility.

Anti-Static Teflon Coated Fabric Tape - |
Anti-Static & Thermal Conductive series tapes utilize Anti-Static Fabrics but have the added benefit of an adhesive on one side. These tapes are black in color and are specially formulated to dissipate surface static build-up and allow optimal thermal conductivity. These tapes are manufactured from woven fiberglass substrates, have an optimum PTFE (Fluon®) content, leave a minimal fabric impression, and have our Super Stick Clean Release silicone adhesive or an acrylic adhesive system. Because of the glass reinforcement, this series of tape is resistant to “cold-flow,” a characteristic inherent in pure unsupported PTFE films, these tapes are an excellent choice when cut through, load carrying, or harsh industrial environments require the unique surface characteristics of PTFE.

Gold Series Teflon Coated Fabric Tape - |
The Gold Tape Series utilize Gold Fabrics but have the added benefit of an adhesive on one side. These tapes are manufactured from PTFE coated woven fiberglass substrates, and have a silicone or acrylic adhesive system. The Gold Tape Series are specifically engineered to maximize application life, while minimizing down time in the most demanding environments. The Gold Tape Series are non-stick; offer excellent release and are resistant to oils, grease and chemicals. The Gold Tape Series are available in either an extremely smooth surface for maximum release or a texturized finish for a mechanical release. The texturized surface provides a mechanical bond or seal, which is desired in many heat-sealing applications. The Gold Tape Series are more abrasion resistant and maintain their low coefficient of friction even after prolonged service.

Industrial Teflon Coated Fabric Zone Tape - |
Zone Tapes utilize Industrial Fabrics and have an adhesive on the edges of one side. These tapes are manufactured from woven fiberglass substrates, possess an optimal PTFE (Fluon®) content, leave a minimal fabric impression, and have a proprietary adhesive system. The absence of adhesive in the center zone allows for faster heat transfer through the tape, and makes the tape an excellent choice for specific types of impulse sealing applications, such as the manufacture of plastic bags. Impulse sealing wires and ribbons are free to expand and contract without being encumbered by adhesive, helping to extend their working life. Zone Tapes are a quick, easy and economical means of applying a non-stick.

Fabrics
Anti-Static Teflon Coated Fabric - |
The Anti-Static Fabrics are specially formulated to dissipate surface static build-up during operation. These fabrics are black in color and are manufactured from woven fiberglass substrates and have optimum PTFE content. The Anti-Static Fabrics have the highest thermal conductivity (best heat transfer) of any of the Anti-Static products and is best used in applications where surface static dissipation is desired.

|
High Peformance Teflon Coated Fabric - |
High Performance Fabric Series is specifically engineered to maximize application life while minimizing down time in the most demanding environments. These fabrics are manufactured from PTFE coated woven fiberglass substrates. High Performance Fabrics are non-stick, offer excellent release and are resistant to oils, grease and chemicals. High Performance Fabrics are available in either an extremely smooth surface for maximum release or a texturized finish for a mechanical release. The texturized surface provides a mechanical bond or seal, which is desired in many heat-sealing applications. High Performance Fabrics are more abrasion resistant and maintain their low coefficient of friction even after prolong service.

|
Mesh Teflon Coated Fabric - |
The Mesh Fabrics provide exceptional performance in applications serving a variety of industries. These fabrics are manufactured from woven substrates that have been heavily coated with PTFE. The resulting products are significantly stronger, more wear resistant, and have better airflow for faster curing and drying. The UV Resistant Mesh Fabrics have all the benefits of the Series Mesh Fabrics, but with the added benefit of UV protection. The Mesh Fabrics are unsurpassed in their surface, strength, and airflow characteristics, and thus provide the ultimate performance for drying and curing applications.

|
Porous PTFE Fabric - |
The Porous Fabrics are specially formulated to be "breathable," while at the same time, maintaining their unique non-stick properties. These fabrics are manufactured from woven fiberglass substrates that have been lightly coated with PTFE The Porous Fabrics possess controlled porosities that allow products to cure and outgas through the fabric. Because of their unique properties, these fabrics are excellent for use in a wide variety of applications, from the manufacture of polymers to a release medium for composite molding.
|
|
Primary Teflon Coated Fabric - |
The Primary Series is specially engineered to meet the most demanding applications. It’s extremely smooth, non-stick surface provides the best release, highest dielectric strength, and greatest chemical resistance. These fabrics are manufactured from woven fiberglass substrates, have the highest PTFE content, and leave little-to-no fabric impressions. The Primary Fabrics are excellent for use in the most challenging applications, such as the processing of sticky or gummy materials, or the laminating of printed circuit boards.
|
|
Tear Resistant Teflon Coated Fabric - |
The Tear Resistant Fabrics are specially processed to increase their overall flexibility and tear resistance, thus making them the strongest, most durable line of PTFE coated fiberglass fabrics. These fabrics are manufactured from woven fiberglass substrates, leave a minimal fabric impression, possess an optimal PTFE content. Tear Resistant Fabrics have excellent flexibility and are best utilized in high-speed packaging applications or on surfaces where some conformity is desired.
