UHB/VHB Tapes

This series of UHB acrylic tapes is comprised of an integral core of solid acrylic polymer, which is coated on both sides, with a uniform high-tack acrylic adhesive that has a white polyethylene release liner.  Our UHB acrylic tapes provide superior permanent bonds between a wide variety of substrates, including glass, many plastics, composites, sealed wood and metals.  This product line can withstand a wide range of weathering and temperature conditions without losing the adhesion.

This series of UHB acrylic tapes are typically used in applications in automotive, architectural, frame assembly and OEM industries.

Available in Widths from ¼” to 18”

lease note: Tape will bond to most surfaces, but through evaluation is recommended when bonding low energy surface materials such as PVC, ABS, PE, and PP.  Not recommended for bonding Teflon™ , Tedlar™,  Silicone, or EPDM.

This series of UHB acrylic transfer tapes has an unsupported acrylic adhesive transfer system with a white polyethylene release liner that has been designed to provide a strong, moisture-proof bond between various substrates.  Due to the water clear color, this product line can be used to bond glass and other clear materials.  Bonds permanently to most clean, dry, oil-free, non-porous surfaces including aluminum, stainless steel, glass, painted metal, etc. 

This series of UHB acrylic transfer tape is ideal for laminating safety glass, bonding glass and other clear materials.  Also typically used for auto and truck trim attachment; aviation, marine, electronics, furniture, signage and appliance industries.

Please note:  Tape will yellow when exposed to UV, but performance will not be affected.

This series of UHB foam tapes is a foamed acrylic system with a special composition giving excellent all around bonding properties and unique characteristics that allows for ultra high performance in the most demanding application.  The pressure sensitive acrylic composition provides for very good tack, excellent adhesion to a wide variety of surfaces and high shear strength performance.  Tape is carried on a RED, release coated polyethylene liner that is easily removed. 

This series of UHB foam tapes are ideal for applications such as structural bonding. Metal furniture, illuminated and road sings.  Joins metal and plastic trim in furniture and architectural applications.
